Thankful

Lately I've come across several inspirational, yet heartbreaking, blogs.  One in particular is about a little girl with cancer who passed away yesterday.  Such a sweet little girl with a sweet family.  It's amazing the things you come across in the blog world.  My heart breaks for this family and I'm sending up prayers for a family I'll never meet!  

I am so thankful for my little man sleeping so peacefully in his crib right now.  I thank God everyday that I get to be his mom and watch him grow.  I pray over him every day, for his health, his heart, his life.  What precious moments these days are.  I wish I could capture every single moment on camera to watch and relive at night after he's sleeping.   

I am also so very thankful for an amazing husband.  He really is my very best friend and I can't imagine life without him.  He is the most wonderful daddy.  He has always wanted to be able to do everything Mommy can do (except nurse!).   He gets mad at me if I try to intervene when Caedmon is crying.   He makes sure I have "me time".  He is an amazing provider for our family and makes a way for me to stay home with our little guy.  I could go on and on and on and...well, you get the idea.  

Most of all, I'm thankful for the relationship I have with my Father.  I can't imagine how people go through life without that constant comfort and love.  He has blessed me beyond my wildest dreams and I am so thankful to be his Beloved.
