Magic Kingdom

After breakfast, we headed to Magic Kingdom. After our 2 hour bus ordeal, we were thankful it was only a 2 minute ride on the monorail!
We had an awesome, yet tiring, day. We rode "Its a Small World", "Pirates of the Caribbean", "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad", "Peter Pan", and walked through Minnie and Mickey's houses. Caedmon took napped in his stroller for over an hour, straight through lunch, and he would have slept longer but we had to wake him up so we didn't miss our FastPass for Peter Pan. We stayed until 7, when the kids had had enough, and headed back to the resort to eat dinner and hang out at the pool. We even got to see fireworks from epcot by our pool!

Breakfast with Mickey (and pluto, lilo, and stitch)

We had an AH-MAY-ZING time in Disney World. Caedmon was in HEAVEN and enjoyed every single moment we were there. When we saw the WDW sign, Chase said "Look Caedmon, it's Disney World!!" Caedmon's response? "can I hold it?!" How cute is that?
Our first night we went to Downtown Disney and had dinner at Wolfgang Puck Express. It was delicious! Caedmon had fruit and a bowl of sprinkles for dinner...only in Disney World!
Thursday morning we were out the door by 8:00 to go have breakfast with Mickey at O'Hana. We had reservations for 9:15 and were told to allow an hour for transportation between resorts. Well, an hour turned into almost 2 hours after we had bad instructions on which buses to take! The kiddos were pretty good sports for all of the bus riding we did.

Mother's Day

Caedmon,

What a joy it is to be your mom!  You make every day better. Even when you drive me crazy, I wouldn't change being your mom for anything.  Your laughter makes my heart smile and I cherish every sweet hug and kiss you give me.  I never get tired of hearing "mommy", "momma", or even "mom" (though you are too young to call me that).  You have the sweetest personality and love making people laugh!  Most Sunday mornings you tell daddy "I don't wanna go see mommy, I wanna watch Mickey!" but today you marched right in and said "happy mothers day mommy" and it was the best gift from my little daddy's boy!  You seemed to know it was my special day all day and asked me to hold you more than normal.
Thank you, Caedmon, for making me a mommy.  I can't imagine life without your sweet smile and eyes full of expression.
I love you baby boo!!!
