Things I'm Looking Forward To...
In our new house...
1. A laundry room... no more clothes in the hallway!
2. A MUCH bigger kitchen. And having a junk drawer. Our silverware and pens will no longer cohabitate.
3. Two master closets. I told Chase I was painting mine pink!
4. A garage. I will no longer have to get a sleeping baby out of the car in the rain. And Chase is adamant that our garage be used for cars and not storage. We have a huge attic that will make that possible!
5. Two words... Garden Tub!

Life of the Party!
The Harrison clan headed east this afternoon to attend a wedding in Pensacola. One of Chase's lifelong friends got married today and we went to celebrate. Her dress was stunning and accenting it perfectly, or maybe accenting her personality perfectly, were her fuschia wedges! Too cute!
I wore this dress to the wedding. It's my new favorite!
Very forgiving and falls just right! And super comfortable,
which is always a big plus! Oh and so versatile! I wore it today with a long black necklace and black peep-toes. For Easter, I plan on finding a cute, springy scarf and tying it under the bust and wearing light shoes. For our hot summer days, it will look great with any flip flops!
Caedmon was the life of the party at the wedding! He was on the dance floor all by himself half the night. The kid knows how to get down and never meets a stranger. Everybody kept commenting on how cute he was...who am I to disagree?! He danced the night away and konked out on the way home!
Keep praying for baby Stellan. I can't imagine what his mother is going through right now and I know every prayer is felt.
May you have a BLESSED Sunday!

Hey guys I'm....
TROUBLE!!!!
Mama left the computer open and I thought I'd post a little something for your reading pleasure!
I'm 15 months now and I LOVE to explore. And now that I'm staying at Mamaw and Granddads, there is SO much new stuff! This morning I found the most exciting thing yet...FOOD COLORING! I have blue palms now. I'm channeling my inner smurf! Mommy must have gotten confused about what time it was, because she put me in the bathtub and it wasn't even bedtime!
I'm really loving having these dogs and cats around! I love hugging on the dogs but even more fun is chasing those k-k-k's! They are pretty quick but every once in a while I corner them and they aren't sure what to do. I think its hilarious and will chase them forever.
I now say "all gone" when I'm done with my food. They keep telling me I should say "all done". Look people, at least I'm talking! I can say football, granddad (gaga), mamaw (babaw), alright, wow, bite, ball, mama, dada, pops, and a few others here and there. I know the sign for "more" and I use it anytime I want a snack! Especially when I see that box of Multi-grain cheerios! YUMMY! Mamaw tried to give me regular "O's" the other day and I looked at her like she was crazy! Those are not lightly sweetened, people!
Kisses are my favorite thing to share and I'll give a big open mouth, slobbery kiss to anyone who asks. I also blow kisses to say bye. Big people think this is cute so I do it over and over!
Ok I've sat still long enough.
Off to chase a cat......

Still Here!
I've been blog slacking lately, for all my 3 readers! We've just been super busy! We are almost done with the old house. We've spent every night over there packing all of our junk up and cleaning. Chase and I are such packrats! Who knew how much junk that little house could hold?!?!
We're having fun bunking with the inlaws. Caedmon is into EVERYTHING and is keeping me on my toes. My father-in-law is a bit OCD about messes, so this is an adjustment for him. It's just impossible to keep the house neat with a one year old all day!
Hope everyone has some time to get out and enjoy this PERFECT spring day! May God overflow your cup with blessings on this first day of spring!

Worthy of Praise
How awesome is that God of mine?! So worthy of praise and honor!
Why am I bragging on Him tonight? (Not that I need a reason, by any means!)
We found a house and have a signed contract on it! And not just a house, but the house! When we put our house on the market, I knew it would sell in His timing and that the right house would be ready for us. Our house took about 4 months to sell and I knew it was waiting on the right house to be available for us. But then we started looking. and looking. and looking. And the right house just wasn't out there. I knew He was faithful and I just knew He had the right house. Oh we found houses we liked, but something always went wrong with the deal. I felt like we were being led down rabbit trail after rabbit trail and was trying to figure out why in the world there were so many roadblocks. We kept asking ourselves "is God putting these here as tests? or is the enemy putting these here as distractions?" Sometimes that's hard to figure out! But I just knew God had promised me the right house and I hadn't found it!
About 2 weeks ago we found a great house in a not so great location. Its a very cute neighborhood, but not at all where I wanted it to be. I LOVE where we live now and the convenience of our location. But the house was great and I couldn't deny that. So we put in an offer. The owners, however, had no desire to meet us halfway in the sale of the house. They wouldn't come off their price, wouldn't agree to anything. So the night after we did our last counteroffer and were waiting to hear back, we went to see another house I found online. It is in a neighborhood right around the corner. It's a much bigger house than most in our price range b/c it is a bank owned foreclosure. As soon as we walked in, we fell in love. We knew this was the house!
So we put in an offer and they countered back and we accepted! We close on the 30th and couldn't be more excited!
I have driven through that neighborhood on my way home almost every day for over 2 years and always thought "I wish I lived here!"

Not Me! Monday
Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.
I have got to start keeping a running tab of Not Me! moments! Let's see what I can remember....
I did not find Caedmon in the living room one morning drinking out of his sippy cup. From the day before. That his smoothie was in. That's right, day old yogurt! YUCK!
I did not let my child go outside with his daddy in just a diaper on one of our cold days last week. No way would I let that happen.
Chase and I have not been spending EVERY evening watching multiple episodes of LOST. We have not made it through 2.5 seasons in one month. Nope, not us.
That's all I can remember!!
What did you NOT do this week????

18 days
til we have to move out of our house! AAAHHHH!!!!!! I suppose I should think about packing. I love my house though and it makes me sad to think of leaving it! Its our first house, the house we came home to after our honeymoon, the house we brought Caedmon home from the hospital to, the place Caedmon and I hang out every day. I know its a good thing and we need something bigger, but its still very bittersweet!

Happy March!
I haven't uploaded new pictures yet, so this is an old one! I have no idea why it turned sideways. If anyone knows and can tell me how to fix it, I would be glad to! This picture is from Caedmon's 6 month photos and is one of my favorite pics of him. He used to make this face all the time and we all loved it!
That kid gets funnier and funnier everyday! On Friday afternoon we were playing and I said "where's caedmon?" and he promptly patted himself on the head, like "right here silly!" He has continued to do that everytime we ask him.
Caedmon has been attached to the hip with Chase this weekend! Chase will hand him to me and he dives back for his daddy. We went to a birthday party at Pump It Up today and Chase took Caedmon down the slide a couple of times and Caedmon, of course, wasn't a big fan. This was his 3rd time there and we knew what to expect. So Chase handed him off to me so he could go slide with the big boys and Caedmon got his feelings hurt! I had to climb to the top of the slide and take him to his daddy! He finally warmed up to the bouncy stuff once he realized that's where daddy was playing and ended up having a blast!
News on house front: House hunting is not fun! We put an offer on a house but they didn't accept so we are about to start a fresh search! I know God has the perfect house and perfect timing, it's just hard remembering that when I have to be out of this house in 19 days! We are blessed to have family to stay with, though, and won't have to rent or hit the streets.
Prayer Request: I know I have at least a couple of prayer warriors who read my blog, so I have a request!! Chase has been having terrible back pain for close to 2 months now. He went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and they put him on a steroid dose pack for a bulging disk. It didn't work, however, and he now has to have an MRI tomorrow. We are standing firm on the promise of Jesus, that by His wounds we are healed! Not only spiritual healing but also physical healing. I hate seeing him in pain and would gladly take it from him if I could! I can't, but our Awesome God can!
