all of December, we've talked about how christmas was jesus's birthday. almost everyday we've had a conversation like this
"mommy why do we have a tree in our house?" "
"because we decorate to celebrate jesus's birthday"
"why are all the houses decorated?"
"to celebrate jesus's birthday"
on christmas eve, we made cookies for santa and cookies for jesus's birthday. we sang happy birthday to jesus on christmas day. we've had the plate of cookies sitting on our bar the past few days and yesterday he walked up to it and said "mommy, can i have one of jesus's cookies?"
