Happy March!

I haven't uploaded new pictures yet, so this is an old one!  I have no idea why it turned sideways. If anyone knows and can tell me how to fix it, I would be glad to!  This picture is from Caedmon's 6 month photos and is one of my favorite pics of him.  He used to make this face all the time and we all loved it!

That kid gets funnier and funnier everyday!   On Friday afternoon we were playing and I said "where's caedmon?" and he promptly patted himself on the head, like "right here silly!"  He has continued to do that everytime we ask him.

Caedmon has been attached to the hip with Chase this weekend!  Chase will hand him to me and he dives back for his daddy.  We went to a birthday party at Pump It Up today and Chase took Caedmon down the slide a couple of times and Caedmon, of course, wasn't a big fan.  This was his 3rd time there and we knew what to expect.  So Chase handed him off to me so he could go slide with the big boys and Caedmon got his feelings hurt!  I had to climb to the top of the slide and take him to his daddy!  He finally warmed up to the bouncy stuff once he realized that's where daddy was playing and ended up having a blast!

News on house front:  House hunting is not fun!  We put an offer on a house but they didn't accept so we are about to start a fresh search!  I know God has the perfect house and perfect timing, it's just hard remembering that when I have to be out of this house in 19 days!  We are blessed to have family to stay with, though, and won't have to rent or hit the streets.

Prayer Request:  I know I have at least a couple of prayer warriors who read my blog, so I have a request!!  Chase has been having terrible back pain for close to 2 months now.  He went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and they put him on a steroid dose pack for a bulging disk.  It didn't work, however, and he now has to have an MRI tomorrow.  We are standing firm on the promise of Jesus, that by His wounds we are healed!  Not only spiritual healing but also physical healing.  I hate seeing him in pain and would gladly take it from him if I could!  I can't, but our Awesome God can!

  1. praying for y'all (Chase's back and the purchase of a new home)... House hunting can be exhausting. You are so right, God has the perfect place.
