Bows

Isn't she so cute with a bow? If only she would leave it in for more than .5 seconds. Her collection of bows sure look pretty on their bow holder, where they have sat unworn for about 7 months!

Kids camp

Me: "Caedmon how was kids camp?"
Caedmon: "it was great. I did everything!"
Me: "what did you do?"
C: " well I can't really tell you because I don't remember. But I did hula hoops. And spoons. And I was on the orange team!"

Gotta kiss it!

2 thanksgivings ago (2010), caedmon was eating pez from a santa dispenser and I told him that he had to kiss santa to get his candy. to this day, over a year and a half later, anytime he has a pez dispenser, he kisses it before every.single.piece. It may be the cutest thing i have ever seen.

ha! just kidding! finley girl had allergy testing done today (after dealing with almost 2 months of an unexplained rash). 2.5 hours in the dr office with a busybody 13 month old is NOT my ideal way to spend a monday morning, nor do I prefer to pay $194 to hear "it is probably the heat". in other words, there is NOTHING we can do about it, since we live in the hottest place on earth! But at least we have ruled out food allergies and she can go back to eating whatever she wants (boy was she excited to get her hands on a blueberry waffle this afternoon!)
