tomorrow is the day....

that my husband has looked forward to since july 31st, 2007...the day we found out we were having a boy.  he's taking caedmon to his first alabama foot game!!!  they are both so very excited and it warms my heart! c is running around the house as i type saying "roll tide! number 1! alabama football game!"

caedmon and finley at 3 months!

t-ball!

back in the spring caedmon played his first team sport...t-ball! he LOVED it. at least the batting and running to "second base", as he called all the bases. he quickly bored in the outfield and by the end of the game could often be found eating a snack in mamaw's lap. chase was one of the coaches, and said it was like wrestle mania on the field. just imagine 12 3 year olds, 1 ball, and everyone wanting to catch it. there were quite a few pileups. though you would never find my 3 year old in that pileup. no, he would squat down, glove on the ground, ready to catch. only he wouldn't move when the ball was hit. so if the ball came straight at his glove, he was golden. otherwise, he just looked super cute. he was the smallest guy on the team and OH SO ADORABLE in his pants, cleats, shirt and hat.
